Blake Peuse, a Founding member of the B2L Consortium, has worked for over 20 years in public education in Wisconsin serving as a Superintendent, Principal at the elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school levels, as an Assistant Principal, and as a teacher. Currently the Superintendent of Schools for the St. Francis School District, he has collaboratively led the district to increased student achievement, distributed leadership expectations, and continuous improvement modeling through AdvancED Accreditation. Creating and fostering collective and collaborative opportunities for students, staff, and the community drives Peuse in his leadership. Peuse values and expects collaboration on a PK-12 level, resulting in improved student achievement and college and career readiness skills attainment. Significant improvements have been realized at schools and districts that Peuse has been associated with through shared results-driven processes. Prior to becoming a Superintendent, Peuse served at New Berlin West Middle/High School, a school known for exemplary student achievement, and Brown Deer Middle School, a recognized leader in closing achievement gaps.
